Leadership Life Lessons Vol 3 - Paul de Jong
Leadership, by its very nature, has a desire to impact by bringing growth and change. For growth to consistently take place, there are many ingredients needed. These include the continual development of our own leadership combined with the understanding of what things work against growth and finally the understanding of how to read the many seasons of leadership.
This series of leadership lessons will help and equip you for greater levels of leadership growth.
Seasons of Leadership
One of the least talked about qualities of leadership is the ability to read the seasons. We understand that we all experience seasons personally but often fail to recognise the seasons of ministry. One of the great keys to effective leadership is to both know what those seasons are and to identify when they are taking place.
Growth has many active enemies and there are things that we become involved in or allow that limit the promise of sustainable growth. In this message we look at ten growth destroyers and four remedies.
Five Levels of Leadership
Leadership, like anything in life, has a tendency to level out, yet we must engage in growth personally to have continual growth in our ministries. We take a look at Paul's instruction to Timothy about the five levels his leadership would require.
These are audio messages and are part of a larger CD series.
